If Any of The Below Apply To You, Consult Your Physician Prior to Infrared Heat Use:
Individuals suffering from obesity or with a medical history of heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulatory problems or diabetes should consult a physician prior to use. Individuals who are pregnant, have cardiac arrhythmia all medical conditions or those on medication should consult a physician and or licensed health care provider.
-Alcohol & Drug Abuse
-Chronic Conditions / Diseases Associated with Reduced Ability to Sweat or Perspire
-Hemophiliacs / Individuals Prone to Bleeding
-Fever & Insensitivity to Heat
-Joint Injury– Recent (acute) joint injury should not be heated for the first 48 hours or until the swollen symptoms subside. Please let your practitioner know.
-Implants– Metal pins, rods, artificial joints, or any other surgical implants generally reflect infrared waves and thus are not heated by this system. Nevertheless, you should consult your physician
prior to using.
-Pacemakers / Defibrillators
-In the rare event that you experience pain or discomfort, immediately notify your practitioner and to discontinue use.
We’ve reserved a time just for you, and our therapist will be on-site ready to take your appointment when you arrive.
Immerse Modern Massage has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Clients who no-show or late cancel (within 24 hours of their appointment) will be charged in full. Last minute cancellations cannot be refunded or used as credit. Discounts and promotional offers cannot be applied to the cancellation fee.
Please note that arriving late to your session may result in a shorter appointment so as to not penalize the clients booking after you. Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment, and will be charged a cancellation fee. We charge in full for same day cancellations and no-shows, unless in cases of illness or emergencies.
Due to the nature of our business, IMMERSE Modern Massage does not offer refunds for massage services, gift cards or packages/plans of care. Gift cards and store credit are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Packages are nonrefundable.
Consent To Treatment:
I understand there are benefits and risks for massage therapy and give my consent for treatment. I understand that there shall be absolutely no liability on the practitioner, IMMERSE Modern Massage and release them from any possible liability, damage or loss that may occur due to massage, stretch, exercise or lifestyle recommendations, use of CBD, essential oils, infrared heat or sound infused massage table, tripping, falling, personal injury, potential risk of COVID-19, or for any other reason whatsoever. As professional licensed therapists, we’re dedicated to providing a completely safe and enjoyable experience for our clients. Our work is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any sexual comments or advances will result in immediate termination of the session. Recommendations made by our massage therapists or in videos on our YouTube channel or sent by any form of digital media of communication are at no point to considered to be a “prescription” which can be only given by a qualified doctor, physician or other medical professional. If you are concerned about your health in any way, please seek the help of a qualified physician before undergoing any of the treatments listed above. I have informed the massage therapist of all of my known physical conditions, injuries, medical conditions, any medications, drugs, alcohol, supplements, herbs etc, I am taking in this form. It is also understand that the massage therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone.
Gift Card FAQ
“Can I get a refund for purchasing a gift card?” All gift card purchases (or redeemed massage sessions or packages) are non-refundable.
“Can I share my gift card with someone else to use?” Of course! If you’re unable to use your gift card, we’re happy to honor it for another recipient of your choice. That said, if you redeem your gift card for a session or a package, these services may not be shared. Just give us a call or send us an email so we can help you coordinate.
“Does my gift card include gratuity?” Gift cards do not include gratuity.
A credit card is required to book all appointments. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your card or package will be charged in full.

First visit? Please arrive a few minutes early to start the relaxation process. You can get comfortable, fill out a health-intake form, and discuss with your therapist what you’d like to focus on. Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment, and will be charged a cancellation fee.
Please specify that you are pregnant when booking so we may schedule you with a Prenatal Certified Therapist. If you are scheduling an appointment for your partner or a friend who is expecting, you must notify us upon booking the reservation.
