While against the wall, press one shoulders down away from your ears and reach out through the fingertips. Slowly tilt your head to one side, creating a stretch from the top of your head down to the tips of your fingers.
Hold this stretch for twenty to thirty seconds and repeat two to three times. This exercise will help to improve shoulder mobility, posture, and reduce tension or tightness in the neck & shoulder.
