Please prioritize your health and seek appropriate medical attention. We will be more than happy to accommodate you at a later date when you are feeling better.
Flexible Rescheduling: We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly, especially during these uncertain times. If you need to reschedule your appointment due to COVID-19 related concerns, we will waive any cancellation fees and work with you to find an alternative time that suits your needs.
Face Coverings: Face coverings are now optional at IMMERSE.
Enhanced Sanitation: We have implemented rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols in line with the guidelines provided by health authorities. All treatment rooms, equipment, and high-touch surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each client. Hand sanitizers will also be readily available throughout our premises.
Limited Capacity: To maintain physical distancing, we have reduced the number of appointments available each day to ensure ample time for cleaning between clients. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment and avoid bringing additional guests with you, unless necessary.
Payment Options: Whenever possible, we encourage contactless payment methods to minimize physical contact. Please consider using a credit or debit card or mobile payment apps to settle your payment.
